Many are thinking about changing their career or dreaming of having a career change but many may not know where to start. Working in a job that doesn't bring satisfaction will take a toll on your overall physical and mental health bringing stress. Many times people will feel burned out, frustrated by their job circumstances, or are unable to enjoy their home life as they know that another day of work is coming the next workday. Search for clues everywhere and note down topics or projects that either excite your imagination or stir up your compassion or emotions. Reverberate on stories of people you have admired. Ask yourself why certain things or events or activities make you happy.
Be patient through this search as it can take some time and you make have to go through several different paths before finding out what the best career path is for you. Spending time and examining the activities you enjoy the most and brings you happiness or satisfaction.
